By accessing or using the website agapecapitalgrp.com (the "Site") or engaging the services of Agape Capital Group, LLC ("Agape," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Agape Capital Group provides marketing, lead generation, and appointment-setting services for roofing contractors and home service businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and performance terms are governed by the individual service agreement signed between Agape and each client.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your business to use our services.

Strategy calls booked through this Site are free of charge and carry no obligation. Information you share during a strategy call is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties outside of Agape and its fulfillment partners.

Any performance terms or results-based commitments referenced on this Site are subject to the terms of your individual signed service agreement. Specific terms, conditions, and remedies will be disclosed during your strategy call and documented in your client agreement.

Payment terms, including management fees and ad spend, are governed by your signed service agreement. Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (such as Meta) and is separate from Agape's management fee.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Agape Capital Group, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We use third-party tools and platforms (including Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, and Calendly) to deliver our services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agape Capital Group, LLC, its officers, members, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Agape in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Marketing results vary based on market, budget, and execution. While we work diligently to deliver results, we do not warrant any specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcome except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate engagements in accordance with the terms of the signed service agreement. Either party may terminate per the cancellation provisions in that agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
